If you have problems, configuration errors, modules that creates errors or installation problems we gives you a telephone assistance to solve your problems.
If you need modification, programming and installation of modules with this contract you will recieve a 40% discount on our products (hosting excluded)
We will take care of the problem within 16 working hours (excluding holiday periods).
Conditions of the contract:
1) "Reasonable" telephone assistance with no time limits
2) Emergency intervention without surcharge (16 working hours)
3) Discount on programming / modification hours - 50% - 60 euro/hour ---> 36 euro/hour
4) On assistance contract there is no money back
5) The contract won't be atomatically renewed
