If you have problems, configuration errors or modules that creates errors, we can help you and intervene directly on your website.
SOLVED OR MONEY BACK
The time expected for the assistance (except previous agreements) is 1 hour, if the assistance will require more than one hour agreements will be taken with the customer.
The intervent will be invoices in 30 minutes tranches, so if the assistance will take just half an hour or less, the difference will be refunded
If the assistance will take more than the expected or the problem won't be solved by the expected time, the whole amount will be refunded.
